I never really liked working out as it was extremely difficult to get motivated. Having a gym membership didn't help as they are always crowded and can be very unmotivating. After signing up at NY Personal training I have a very different attitude toward exercising. Now I can't get enough. I enjoy exercising and if I miss a day I can't wait to get back. The trainers are very professional, very motivating and because it's personal training I have seen very positive, fast results.
