Where leanMAXX is different, and the reason it is so effective, is that leanMAXX focuses on the needs, goals, and capabilities of each individual, whereas traditional circuit training is designed for all participants to fit into the same program.

30' leanMAXX TrainingTo complement this intense training program, each leanMAXX participant undergoes a complete body composition analysis, and nutritional consultation and prescription. Every leanMAXX candidate works with a NYPT certified fitness professional who applies principles of core and functional training, plyometrics, aerobics, bodybuilding and, unlike any other program… exercises taken directly from the playbook of world-class athletes.

NYPT – JUMPSTART

JUMPSTART is the first phase of your transformation. During this initial month your body will acclimate to the NYPT training and nutrition system. At the completion of JUMPSTART your transformation will be in full swing and you will be primed and ready for your leanMAXX training program.

All incoming clients enroll in the NYPT 4 week JUMPSTART, choosing from 8, 12, or 16 session option. Upon completion of the JUMPSTART program, we will design your your leanMAXX training program – (24, 36, 50, or 100 sessions), and you will be rewarded with a 10% discount.

All training packages include personal training, nutrition prescription, meal planning, monthly body composition assessment, and unlimited use of the NYPT cardiovascular equipment.
