To complement this intense training program, each leanMAXX participant undergoes a complete body composition analysis, and nutritional consultation and prescription.
Every leanMAXX candidate works with a NYPT certified fitness professional who applies principles of core and functional training, plyometrics, aerobics, bodybuilding and, unlike any other program… exercises taken directly from the playbook of world-class athletes.
